The University of Florida Department of Neurosurgery offers a full range of neurosurgical services. Through Shands Hospital at the University of Florida and the Gainesville VA Medical Center, the department offers services in cerebrovascular surgery, radiosurgery, epilepsy treatment, spine and spinal cord surgery, pediatric neurosurgery, brain tumor surgery and the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm.
